Event Registration Module

Event Registration is a powerful tool for taking your events online. Coupled with the Calendar of Events, this module allows your website visitors to register for the event online. The Event Registration wizard will give you the flexibility to gather all the information you need about your attendees.

Feature List:

  • Automates the registration process so your attendees can sign up online!
  • Capture contact information
  • Toggle whether fields are required
  • Set Registration Open and Registration Close dates
  • System automatically opens and closes registration on the date and time you specify
  • [Optional] Limit number of attendees
    • Set maximum number of attendees. System will automatically stop accepting registrations when limit is reached.
  • [Optional] Create custom questions
    • Completely flexible!
    • Pose the question text, type of response (I.e. single select or multiple select), mark as required, and enter default values
    • Generates question with appropriate HTML element for proper data collection
    • Example:
      • Question Text: "How many years have you been a member?"
      • Type: "Single Select" (User can only select one answer)
      • Required: True (User must answer this question to register)
      • Values: "1,2,3,4,5+"
      • Generates a drop-down asking the user how many years they have been a member and they must choose an answer between 1 and 5+
  • [Optional] Require Payment
    • Two methods: Group Pricing & Custom Pricing
    • Group Pricing
      • Determine pricing based upon user`s group or set one price for all Users
    • Custom Pricing
      • Enter custom pricing options
      • Example:
        • "Adult" = $15.00
        • "Children Under 10" = $7.00
        • "Senior" = $12.00
      • Combine with Online Payment System to accept credit card payments online!
    • [Optional] Add Promotion Code
      • Allows you to offer a discount to select individuals. Enter your promotion code and reduction method (Dollar, Percent, or Other)
      • Promotion code will be displayed on user`s receipt after user has successfully registered
    • [Optional] Extra Features
      • Similar to custom questions, but allows user`s response to influence the cost of the event
      • Example:
        • Choose T-shirt Size:
        • "S (included)" = +$0.00
        • "M (included)" = +$0.00
        • "L (included)" = +$0.00
        • "XL" = +$3.00
        • "None" = -$5.00
